Delivery Information
- Delivery normally takes a period of 7 - 14 working days (for stock items).
- On occasions due to stock shortage, the delivery time may extend longer
than the above stated time period. In such circumstances the customer will be
informed by our sales staff before any payment is taken.
- Delivery on some cooker brands can take up to 4 - 6 weeks as they are
made to order (not production line). Make sure ample time is given for delivery.
- Once purchase is made, the manufacturer will contact the customer with
a delivery date.
- We do not sell second hand or graded stock
Receiving Items
- When your appliance is delivered, the manufacturer's delivery team will
unpack it for your inspection. Please check the goods for any transit damages
before you sign the delivery note.
- In the event of transit damage, please mark the delivery note accordingly
and refuse the damaged item. They will then make arrangements to re-deliver
the goods.
Plumbing
- American side-by-side refrigerators that incorporate an ice and water
dispenser need to have the following done:
- Mains water pipe within 1 metre of the appliance
- The pipe needs to be capped with a BSP (British Standard Piping) ¾
inch male ending connector.
- On delivery your appliance will only be connected to correct services.
Technical problems
- If the customer experiences any technical difficulties with a product,
the technical department of the manufacturer should be contacted. They posses
the best technical 'know how' and will talk you through any difficulties. Alternatively
they will send the closest technician in your area to visit you.

Warranties
- Product warranties are very important, as they ensure cover for any
technical problems. As long as the customer is within the specified warranty
period, their product is eligible for free service.
- Warranties differ with the various manufacturers. Ask sales staff for
warranty information.
- Note - make sure warranty forms are signed and returned to the manufacturer
for products with extended warranties.
